This Privacy Policy describes how Marketclip Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and application at marketclip.studio (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide at signup or in settings.
• Workspace and team data — team names, member roles, invitations, and usage within shared workspaces.
• Payment information — billing details are processed by Stripe; we receive limited payment metadata (such as subscription status, invoice references, and card brand) rather than full card numbers.
• User content — prompts, uploads, generated media, timelines, brand assets, and exports you create or store in the Service.
• Usage and technical data — IP address, device and browser type, log data, feature usage, credit consumption, and error diagnostics.
• Communications — messages you send to support or in response to product emails.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Process subscriptions, seat fees, and credit purchases.
• Route AI generation requests to model providers and deliver exports.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts (including via Supabase Auth and optional Google sign-in).
• Monitor performance, debug issues, and improve the product.
• Send transactional messages (account, billing, security) and, where permitted, product updates.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

To generate media and run AI features, we transmit prompts and related inputs to third-party providers (such as Fal.ai, model hosts accessed via our AI gateway, ElevenLabs, and other integrated vendors). Those providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

When you enable bring-your-own-key (BYOK), requests may be sent directly to your configured provider using credentials you supply.

We also use infrastructure and service providers — including Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and email delivery services — who process data on our behalf.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and security. We may use analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit certain features.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• With service providers who assist in operating the Service, under contractual obligations to protect data.
• With AI and infrastructure vendors as needed to perform generation, hosting, payments, and communications.
• With other members of your workspace according to role permissions you or your admins configure.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required by law.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account; some data may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link where applicable. Transactional messages related to your account or billing may still be sent.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where required.
